Ocean Prime

My husband and I are visiting from Chicago. Excellent customer service and great food. Our waiter Owen was very accommodating and was spot on with the food recommendations. I had the bacon creamed spinach and the Ravioli delicious. My husband had the dynamite sushi rolls which were delicious. I had for dessert the chocolate cake and cheesecake also delicious. Very nice ambiance also.

My fiancé had my birthday dinner here (12/28/19) the ambiance is lovely and the food was yummy! However, the service was poor. We felt like we were being judged by the color of our skin. The server didn’t really seem like he wanted to serve us. He was moving so fast, rushing and talking over us while we were trying to ask questions. One time, he walked off without answering a question about food that someone had. I will say that he WAS nice enough to rinse out my birthday glass and gave me a birthday drink. However, the karma really came when he was rushing to wrap up my cake and knocked over a glass of water onto one of my friends lap and his cell phone. I’m not sure if he was uncomfortable serving us or if he simply just didn’t want to. BUT we still tipped him well as we always do when we go out. You can’t judge people by the color of their skin. I will not be returning!

Decided to celebrate my Birthday here since it had a nice variety of seafood and steaks. I can say the food was delicious and cooked perfectly from the seafood to the steaks. The lobster bisque was the best I've ever had. With that being said, the service was sub par for the quality of restaurant it is. The server was not very attentive and we had to get his attention for everything. For spending around $1500 I need the service to be on point just like the food was.
